Projects One Shockswitch Plus is the perfect marriage of an impact alarm, to monitor driver performance, and data recording capability, to give you the information you need to effectively manage your forklift fleet. In addition, our DataRanger collection unit offers a more efficient way to collect, review and analyze performance data on your own PC. Ideal for large fleets, where immediate direct intervention is not feasible.

The Projects One Shockswitch Plus is self-contained and mounts quickly on almost any lift. It contains its own power source and internal audible alarm. If a driver bumps a wall, a rack, or any other solid object, beyond a level your select, the alarm will sound. A programmer is provided to vary the length of time the horn sounds, from 5 to 59 seconds. The alarm then turns off by itself. The time and date is recorded along with level of impact.

The data may then be collected via a mini-printer by simply plugging into the port on the unit or downloaded via PC for analyzing. Analyzing can be accomplished via MagMate, MRI's proprietary reporting software.

ADJUSTABLE SENSORS

The adjustable sensor employed in the Shockswitch Plus allows you to tune to the required sensitivity by simply turning a dial. Three ranges are available:

M Sensor = 0.3 to 2 G's

A Sensor = 0.5 to 3 G's

B Sensor = 1 to 7 G's

C Sensor = 3 to 15 G's

Since every environment is slightly different, and forklifts themselves vary in weight and configuration, the complete sensor range, along with the sensor being tunable, gives you the flexibility to adjust to your specific needs.
