We, WALID S BUGSHAN AND PARTNERS CO. LTD. [METAFCO], are pleased to introduce ourselves as an experienced steel fabricator. We actively offer our services to technical industries. We are holding QMSCERT EN ISO 9001:2000 Certificate and specialise in fabrication and installation of all kinds of steel structures, stainless steel, brass aluminum composite and structural glazing. METAFCO has established a quality management system that is in conformance with the International Management System Standard.

Our fabrication facility is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with productiopm capacity of up to 6000 tons/year of fabricated steel structures with almost any kind of surface treatment. Our qualified engineering department prepares the design and fabrication drawings with the shortest time and highest quality.
The quality of our drawings can be only matched by the quality of our products. In fact, our mission statement is in three words “never Compromise Quality”. In order to maintain high quality of our products, we have excellent quality control / quality assurance department to monitor every step of production and reject any product that does not comply with the applicable codes and specification of the project.

The project coordinators are not only just sales persons but they are qualified engineers and technicians who take care of all requirements of the client and immediately make sure that it is provided either on site or in our workshop.

Laser Precision:
METAFCO also provides laser precision, dependable quality services through TRUMPF TRUMATIC 3020 which can cut mild steel up to 20mm thick, stainless steel up to 12mm thick, and aluminum up to 8mm thick with fast and accurate productive capability. We meet the tight tolerances required for precision parts for many industries, fabricators, tool and die shops, model shops, prototype houses, metal stumpers, industrial manufacturers, decorations builders and specialized metal arts companies. Our laser cutting services includes drilling, cutting, grooving marking and scribing.
